New Homes at Marshall Street
The development of Marshall Street baths which is being carried out in partnership with Octavia Housing) is now under way.
The eleven homes for rent will be offered first time round to people on Westminster Council's housing list.
Anyone interested in the four homes allocated for shared ownership should first register with Westminster Home Ownership. Octavia Housing Trust will manage the application process - but there is not a contact name yet. we are expecting that a contact name should be available in late spring / early summer.
