Customer Services Team

Our friendly team of Customer Services Officers can offer help and advice regarding any general enquiries in the office. When you visit the office, they are the first people you will see, and when you phone us, they are the first people you will speak to. Our Customer Services Co-ordinator manages the team.
 
Our Reinvestment Co-ordinator manages the contracts for maintenance and repairs in your homes whilst our Surveyor inspects any maintenance work carried out.
 
The names of our staff members are available from the Association and are included in residents’ newsletters.
