New Schemes
 
We have some very exciting developments to look forward to, not least the redevelopment of our old offices in Denman Street. Increasingly our new schemes are as a result of Section 106 planning agreements where we work very closely with the developer to provide the affordable housing element.

Soho Court
21 homes. The Ham Yard site will be a major redevelopment creating a mix of uses including office space, a restaurant, retail units and private residential flats. Constructed on a site which has been empty since the 1970s, the developers The Shaw Corporation have obtained planning consent for an ambitious high quality scheme, which will give a much needed boost to this part of Soho.

Marshall Street Baths
