Coronavirus (Covid-19) - Advice for Residents

We are asking all residents to contact us remotely. This is for the protection of both residents and our staff. You can contact us by phone (020 7557 7400) or email or report a repair here

This means we will not be holding public meetings such as residents' forums until government advice states that this is safe to do again.

Key medical advice:

Wash your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds - especially after journeys. Avoid touching your nose, eyes or mouth if your hands are not clean. Cover your mouth with a tissue if you cough or sneeze. Bin all used tissues.

Key symptoms to look out for are:

  • Fever and tiredness
  • Cough
  • Breathing difficulties
  • Muscle pain

Everyone has been instructed not to leave their homes except for:

  • Shopping only for basic necessities (food and medicine)
  • One form of outdoor exercise a day (alone or only with members of your household)
  • Any medical or care needs
  • Travelling to or from any work that cannot be done from home
