Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Update OFFICE CLOSED
Soho Housing is continuing to operate and provide its services as best it can until further notice. However, following government advice on Covid-19 (coronavirus), we will not carry out home visits or offer any face to face meetings until further notice - and our staff are working remotely. This to minimize risk to both our residents and our staff. We understand these are challenging times and will do everything we can to offer our services and keep residents informed. We will update these guidelines whenever advice changes.

Please do not send anything to us by post as we will not be able to collect it.
This also means we will not be holding public meetings such as residents' forums until government advice states that this is safe to do again.

Our services will be offered as follows (until we receive different advice):
Our contractors will continue to carry out repairs until further notice. Please do allow access to our contractors to carry out work. If you prefer, you should stand in another room once you have let contractors in. Our contractors have assured us their operatives are taking extra precautions around health and hygiene. Contractors will continue to carry out works to make your home safe (e.g. gas safety tests). Please do allow access
Diagnostics / survey work
Our staff will not carry out diagnostics or survey works inside your homes until further notice. Instead they will carry out desktop assessments based on contractor photos combined with phone calls with our residents, where needed, to agree works required.

Rent, service charge and arrears matters
For the safety of our residents and our staff we will not offer home or office meetings to discuss rent, service charge or arrears issues. We will deal with these matters via phone, email or letter until further notice. If you are worried about paying rent or would like any advice or signposting, contact our housing team. Tenancy matters (e.g. services, ASB)
For the safety of our residents and our staff we will not offer home or office meetings to discuss tenancy-related issues. We will deal with these matters via phone, email or letter until further notice.
All mutual exchanges have been suspended until further notice.
