Our service offer during Covid restrictions

Following the recent government guidance that everyone should work from home where they can, Soho Housing will be following this guidance in the interests of the safety of all our staff, residents, and contractors.

We will continue to carry out the work that can’t be done remotely. This includes providing a full repairs service, property surveys, and essential meetings with your housing officer. Whilst we have had some staff working in our office recently, this is likely to reduce over the coming weeks. Should you wish to contact a member of the Soho Housing team about anything, please contact your housing officer in the first instance. If you have an emergency repair to report and you can’t immediately get through to your housing officer, please contact our emergency repairs line on 0207 557 7400 – this is also the correct number for emergency repairs in the evenings, at the weekend and during office closures over the festive period. If you do not have an emergency repair to report, please leave a voicemail for your housing officer who will get back to you as soon as they can.

If you do need to see a member of the team in person, you can arrange an appointment by contacting your housing officer. If you come to the office without an appointment it is unlikely that the right person will be in the office to assist you - so please do arrange an appointment before each visit.
