All rents are due in advance. Weekly rents are due weekly in advance each Monday and monthly rents are due at the start of each month. Your account must always be in credit.
The easiest way of paying is by Direct Debit. You can choose what amount you pay and whether you pay the amount weekly, fortnightly, every 4 weeks or monthly. If you pay the full amount of rent due, then we can automatically update the amount you pay when the rent changes. All you need to do is ask the housing team for a Direct Debit form or you can download one here. Please fill in your bank details on the front and then the amount you want to pay and when you want it to be paid on the reverse side.

Over the Phone
You can also make card payments for rent over the phone. Call us on 020 7557 7400 and have your card details ready. We can take any payment amount.
You can register withour online service, Allpay, to pay by text.
You can make cash payments using your rent card in any Post Office or anywhere displaying the PayPoint sign. If you do not have a Rent Card or need a replacement please contact us on 020 7557 7400 or email our housing team.
You can instruct your bank to make regular payments from your account to us - but you will need to send them a new instruction each time we change the rent - they will not know to do this automatically. If you want your payments to be amended automatically, please see the section above on Direct Debits. To get a Standing Order Form, please contact our housing team.
Cheques should be made payable to "Soho Housing Association".
